Product Information
Are Betterichi watches water-resistant?
Betterichi watches are designed for everyday wear and are splash-resistant; however, they are not suitable for scuba diving or activities involving high-pressure water. We recommend removing your watch before showering, as soap and shampoo can gradually erode the seals over time.
Can I have the back of my watch engraved or customized?ng does delivery take?
Yes — Betterichi offers case-back laser engraving to add a personal and commemorative touch to your timepiece. Please note that engraved items are customized products and are not eligible for return or exchange. Engraving is subject to an additional fee and requires extra processing time before dispatch. For details, please contact us at betterichi.official@gmail.com.
Can I order a watch with a different strap from the one shown in the store?
Yes. Many Betterichi models are available with a variety of strap options. Available combinations are listed on each product page. If you would like a configuration not shown, please contact us before placing your order and we will confirm availability.
How do I change the watch strap?
Some Betterichi watches feature a quick-release strap system. To swap the strap: press and hold the small levers on both ends of the spring bar, slide the spring bar out, and remove the strap. Reverse the steps to attach the new strap — no tools required. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service team and a member of our technical staff will be happy to help.
Warranty & After-Sales Service
Does my Betterichi watch come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Betterichi watch comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects in the movement, case, and dial
• Mechanical failures arising from normal use
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by accidents, drops, or misuse
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap degradation, battery depletion)
• Water damage resulting from exceeding the rated water resistance
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
What should I do if my watch malfunctions?
We recommend first checking whether the issue can be resolved with a simple battery replacement or strap adjustment. If the problem persists, please contact our after-sales team at betterichi.official@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or a short video if possible. We will evaluate your case and advise on the appropriate next steps, which may include a warranty repair, service, or replacement.

• Email: betterichi.official@gmail.com
• Live chat: available on our website during business hours
• Response time: within 1–2 business days
Watch Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my watch on a daily basis?
To keep your watch looking its best:
• Wipe the case and strap with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth after each wear.
• Avoid prolonged contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals, as these can affect the finish and seals.
• If you regularly wear your watch near water, have the water-resistance seals inspected by a professional every 1–2 years.
• Replace the battery promptly when the seconds hand begins skipping in 2-second intervals — this is your watch's low-battery signal. Leaving a depleted battery in place can cause leakage that damages the movement.
What situations should I avoid when wearing my watch?
We recommend removing your watch during:
• High-impact sports or activities (e.g., rock climbing, contact sports)
• Exposure to extreme heat, such as saunas or hot springs
• Contact with strong chemicals, solvents, or cleaning products
• Showering or bathing, as soaps can deteriorate rubber seals over time
How should I store my watch when not wearing it?
Store your watch in the original box or a soft watch pouch, away from direct sunlight, humidity, and extreme temperatures. Keep it away from strong magnetic fields (such as those from speakers, bag clasps, or laptop cases), which can interfere with the quartz oscillator and affect timekeeping accuracy.
