Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The original packaging, watch, accessories, and order confirmation must be included.

Personalized, engraved, and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with a visible defect caused by a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

After reviewing the case, Betterichi will provide appropriate assistance, including return or exchange solutions when applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or was received incorrectly.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
