What is Betterichi's return policy?

We want you to shop with confidence. Below is a summary of our return and exchange policy based on when and why a return is requested.
Within 3 days of receipt — Visible defects (non-customer-caused)If you discover a visible defect that is not the result of customer handling within 3 days of receiving your order, you may request a return or exchange. Betterichi will cover the return shipping costs in full.
Within 14 days of receipt — Non-customer-caused quality issues 
If a quality issue arises within 14 days of receipt and is not caused by the customer, you may request a refund provided valid supporting evidence is submitted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After 30 days of receipt — Non-customer-caused quality issues
For quality issues arising after 30 days that are not caused by the customer, we are happy to arrange a repair. Both repair and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: As watches are personal items worn directly against the skin, returns for change-of-mind after the item has been worn cannot be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.

What condition must my item be in to qualify for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
• Unworn and unaltered, with no signs of use
• Returned in its original condition, including the original packaging box, watch, extra straps, and all included accessories
• Accompanied by the original order confirmation

Personalized, engraved, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Please follow the steps below to begin your return or exchange:
1. Email us at betterichi.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 1–2 business days.
3. Write the RA# clearly on the outside of your return package.
4. Ship the item back using a trackable carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or EMS) within 7 days of receiving your RA#.

Packages returned without a valid RA# will be refused.

Shipping Costs & Refund Timeline
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was defective or incorrect. In those instances, Betterichi will provide a prepaid return label at no charge.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
