Welcome to Betterichi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://www.betterichi.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE SITE
By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
Attempting to defraud Betterichi or any third party
Scraping, copying, or reselling Site content without authorization
Interfering with the security or proper functioning of the Site
Betterichi reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or pricing errors.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All watches and accessories are subject to availability.
Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Betterichi reserves the right to correct any pricing or description errors, even after an order has been placed, and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Due to differences in screen display and photography, actual colors, finishes, and materials (including straps and case plating) may vary slightly from images shown on the Site.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay / Buy Now, Pay Later (where available). All transactions are processed through encrypted, industry-standard payment gateways. Betterichi does not store your full card details.
Betterichi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
4. SHIPPING
We currently offer Standard Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days or more from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or peak seasons. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Betterichi pass to you upon our delivery of the item to the shipping carrier.
5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Our return policy is summarized below. For full details, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy page.
Within 3 days of receipt — Visible, non-customer-caused defects qualify for a return or exchange, with return shipping covered by Betterichi.
Within 14 days of receipt — Non-customer-caused quality issues qualify for a refund with valid supporting evidence; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
After 30 days of receipt — Non-customer-caused quality issues may be eligible for repair; both repair and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
As watches are worn directly against the skin, returns for change-of-mind are not accepted once an item has been worn.
Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging with all accessories and the original order confirmation. Personalized and engraved items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
6. WARRANTY
Every Betterichi watch comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in the movement, case, and dial, and mechanical failures arising from normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by accidents, drops, or misuse
Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap degradation, battery depletion)
Water damage resulting from exceeding the watch's rated water resistance
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Betterichi watches are splash-resistant and designed for everyday wear but are not suitable for scuba diving or high-pressure water activities.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product photography, and design elements, is the property of Betterichi and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Site content without our prior written consent.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Betterichi's total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Betterichi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or the Site.
9. PRIVACY
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in that policy.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Betterichi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page, with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
